Differences Explained

As you can see from the chart above, the only difference between the Toto Neorest 750H and the Toto Neorest 700H is the photocatalyst (UV light) cleaning. The Toto Neorest 750H has this feature but the 700H does not.

With both the Neorests, a mist of ewater+ (electrolyzed water) is sprayed inside the bowl after each time you use the toilet to sanitize it. But with the Neorest 750H, a UV light is lit up for about an hour as well to further break down debris.

This UV light is integrated into the bottom side of the toilet seat lid, so that when the lid is down it shines a light directly into the bowl. But when the toilet seat lid is up the light does not turn on.

Also, when the flush and cleansing functions have not been used for 10 hours, the UV lamp will light up automatically to help you keep the toilet clean.

So in one sentence, the UV light function is a cleansing function in the Neorest 750H that helps you keep the toilet clean and free of bacteria.

You will notice, however, that the Neorest 750H and the Neorest 700H differ much in price, with the 750H being significantly more expensive. So is the UV light feature worth paying more for the Neorest 750H?

In our opinion most people will not benefit much from this function, as the ewater+ sanitization already provides a level of cleanliness to your toilet. But if you like the idea of keeping your toilet extra clean by killing bacteria with UV light, then the Neorest 750H can certainly help you do so.
