Differences Explained
As you can see from the chart above, the Neorest 700H and the Neorest 550H are exactly identical when it comes to features. So why did Toto make two bidet toilets that are alike?
The answer has to do with the shell. The Neorest 700H is a toilet that is ADA compliant and at Universal Height. This means that the toilet is comfortably accessible for people of all ages and capabilities, without having to adapt or change the toilet to make it comfortable to use for everyone.
The Neorest 700H is a bit lower than the Neorest 550H in height. They both have a skirted design so it will be fairly easy to clean. You don’t have to reach into any nooks and crannies to wipe down. But the Neorest 700H has a sleeker, more compact design. It’s a beautiful toilet that doesn’t have the awkward sloping design as many of the bidet toilets and bidet seats do.
